Return Policy

Providing top-tier customer service has been a cornerstone of Gertex's journey as a company, and remains a commitment today. That's why our customers can return products for any reason to obtain full credit by following the below eligibility guidelines:

  • Before sending back any items, we require our customers to contact Gertex's Customer Service Department, who will provide shipping instructions.
  • Custom or made-to-order product? Your return is subject to the manufacturer's initial approval and returns policy.
  • Ship us your item prepaid in accordance with the shipping instructions provided by Gertex's Customer Service Department.
  • Returned items must be in saleable condition.
  • Before providing a credit, returned items are subject to inspection for evidence of damage or misuse, unless an alternative is permitted.
  • A restocking fee will apply to items returned 45 days after the order was received. (If you are returning an item after the 45-day period, we advise you to contact Gertex's Customer Service Department for the current restocking fee).
